Borgo Medici Macarons come from the traditional original Caterina de' Medici's recipe. Delicious and delicate, enjoyable with a cup of cappuccino or some English tea.
Filled with chocolate flavoured cream and made in Italy.
Ingredients Meringues:
powder sugar (sugar, corn starch), almond flour, egg white powder, water, low fat cocoa powder (3%), preservative: sorbic acid. Cream filling ingredients (28%): sugar, fractionated vegetable oils and fats (palm, sunflower and palm kernel), low fat cocoa powder, skimmed milk powder, whole milk powder, whey powder (milk), lactose (milk), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, artificial flavour.
Contains: Egg, Milk, Almond.
