Riess Enamel Bowl

The typical shape of the wide bowl has a long tradition in Austria, especially as a dough bowl. Wide bowls are enamel bowls with two large handles that make it easier to transport heavy doughs. Our wide bowls all feature the typical beaded edge. They come in various sizes and are versatile helpers in baking and cooking or as serving dishes. The wide bowl is suitable not only for kneading doughs but also for serving salads or fruits. In the smaller wide bowls, you can prepare your morning muesli or serve spreads, nuts, snack pastries, and cookies. Dark stains on the enamel that may occur after use with whisks or mixers are usually abrasion from cutlery or metal kitchen helpers, which can easily be removed with RIESS enamel cleaner or a mild scrubbing cream.
