Orange Harissa

A harissa built around Valencian oranges - citrusy, a little sweet, and warmly spiced. Marinate chicken or lamb before roasting, spoon over fish, stir through butter beans, swirl into yoghurt. Wherever you'd use harissa, this works - and then some.
