Orange Marmalade Dressing

Inspired by the dressings we make daily in our delis, this one leads with orange marmalade and fresh orange zest, sharpened with cider vinegar and a gentle heat from aleppo chilli. Good on a simple green salad, stirred through warm grains, or used as a glaze for grilled chicken or roasted vegetables.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4 weeks.

Ingredients: olive oil, orange marmalade (19%) (glucose-fructose syrup, orange, sugar, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulators: citric acid, sodium citrate), water, cider vinegar, orange juice concentrate (8%), English mustard (water, mustard flour, spirit vinegar, salt, mustard bran, sugar, ground turmeric, acidity regulator: citric acid), garlic puree, orange zest (1.5%), salt, aleppo chilli (1%), mustard bran, black pepper.
