The Kai Fruit Knife is sharpened at a 15° angle, making it an extra sharp blade, much like all the Kai Japanese knives.

Due the beautiful natural wood handle and the high quality stainless steel, this knife should not be placed in the dishwasher, but instead washed and dried shortly after use. To ensure the knife stays sharp, be careful not to run the cutting edge over the sheath each time you put away.
