Each piece will pass through many pairs of skilled hands as it morphs into the final crafted product. Our pottery is made from a carefully formulated clay body. Both our body and glaze finishes have been specifically created by a team of experts. Together these mature when fired to 1200’C creating a durable chip-resistant product.

Kai Fruit Knife
A beautiful little fruit or paring knife made with a cherry wood handle and high carbon content SUS420J2 stainless steel blade, which makes it a strong and useful blade around the kitchen. The Kai Fruit Knife is sharpened at a 15° angle, making it an extra sharp blade, much like all the Kai Japanese knives.
Due the beautiful natural wood handle and the high quality stainless steel, this knife should not be placed in the dishwasher, but instead washed and dried shortly after use. To ensure the knife stays sharp, be careful not to run the cutting edge over the sheath each time you put away.
